對碳鋼、不銹鋼、黃銅、紫銅和鋁等材質的腐蝕率<0.3g/㎡·h以下, 對以上材質器件清洗過程中腐蝕遠遠低于HG/T2387-2007《工業(yè)設備化學清洗質量標準》腐蝕率≤6g/㎡·h的指標。
使用本品清洗后可以不需中和、漂洗、水沖洗，直接鈍化處理，可在被清洗得設備表面形成保護膜。使用本品安全可靠，廢液排放不需中和處理，對環(huán)境沒有污染。
使用本品不僅省水、省電、省工、省時，而且節(jié)約、環(huán)保、高效、安全的清洗產品。
物理性能：外觀為白色固體粉末，水易容、無沉淀；水溶后PH值6.0~6.5，本品無味、無腐蝕、不燃不爆，不含無機酸和有機酸，能有效清除設備中沉積的水垢和銹垢；碳鋼軋制鱗片、鐵銹螯合反應除去。

LPC-0513 中性清洗劑操作方法
清洗前，需要確定具體的清洗目標和過程參數(shù)。
根據(jù)需求確定工件清洗要求；根據(jù)工件銹蝕污垢及污垢厚度確定本品所需濃度和清洗時間。
常溫清洗：將LPC-0513配制水溶液濃度為5~8%，清洗浸泡或循環(huán)時間24~48小時；
加熱清洗： 將LPC-0513配制水溶液濃度為3~5%，加溫50~90℃（50℃以上除垢效果更佳），清洗浸泡或循環(huán)需8~6小時；上述清洗具體時間按實際情況確定。
清洗后處理：用氮氣吹干或清洗后直接調PH值為8加入鈍化劑鈍化；或鐵離子濃度過高置換后用本品漂洗后調PH值鈍化。
注意：
使用本品循環(huán)或浸泡清洗時：當除垢較厚時若一次清洗不徹底的設備，可按3~5%的濃度補加或重新配置LPC-0513清洗劑，再繼續(xù)清洗，化學清洗時，在設備上部要開啟排氣孔充滿即可。
